General Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By attending The Movement Foundation, Inc. events, I hereby acknowledge and agree that (a) there is risk of serious injury from activities involved, (b) I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation, and (c) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless The Movement Foundation, Inc., their contractors, volunteers, agents, and owners of premises used to conduct The Movement Foundation, Inc. events, of and from any injury, harm, disability or loss I may suffer, including death, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
