9:00AM Cardio HIIT

A heart-rate raising workout featuring moves to build power! Expect plyometrics and agility drills, mixed in with lower-intensity total body work. *If you like to keep it grounded and low impact, we got you covered!

9:30AM Lower Body Strength

Strong lower body and core muscles are the foundation of power. So we're dialing into some very concentrated strength training that'll bring the fire and heat! Optional props: resistance loop and ankle weights.

10:00AM Full Body Flow

A mix of upper body strength and playfully tough full-body movements that improve balance, mobility, coordination, and strength. Props: A 7-10lb dumbbell or substitute a jug of laundry detergent!

Each section is 30 minutes. Join us for any or all of them! Upon booking, you'll receive an email confirmation and event link. The workout and instructor changes each half hour. Just login 5+ minutes before the section begins to get settled. 

And we will be recording the whole event for you to enjoy afterward on demand!

So if you can't join us live, you can still register and receive an email link to the recording (note: 720p standard resolution).  


Donations are gratefully accepted, and 100% will fund our upcoming grant program serving Philadelphia communities. A $10-$20 donation is suggested. But all amounts are appreciated and if you're unable to donate, please still join us!
