A super-charged high intensity (but low impact) cardio & strength workout with circuits and combos. It's fun, creative, and oh-so-challenging! *New jumpers welcome!

Want to take class in person? Our friends at Mind Over Matter are sharing their fabulous studio space. Sign-up to attend a class in person and enjoy a spacious and airy studio environment...and receive access to both New Year's class recordings On Demand.
