A reformer style class on the mat! Flow through classical reformer Pilates choreography (without the reformer) that builds strength and improves mobility.

Each section is 30 minutes. Join us for any or all of them! Upon booking, you'll receive an email confirmation and event link. The workout and instructor changes each half hour. Just login 5+ minutes before the section begins to get settled. 

And we will be recording the whole event for you to enjoy (again and again and again) On Demand! So if you can't join us live, you can still register and receive an email link to the recording (note: 720p standard resolution).  


Donations are gratefully accepted, and 100% will fund our upcoming grant program serving Philadelphia communities. A $15-$20 donation is suggested. But all amounts are appreciated and if you're unable to donate, please still sign-up and join us!
